Thanks for coldmountain for this great photo, it’s sure is one of the best images in our Nordic Design photo pool on flickr.

I missed the chance to write about new Kamppi shoping center just after it was opened due the my personal buseness, so I must to do it now.

The new Kamppi shopping center opened on March 2006 in Helsinki. There is over 50 shops and integrated bus station.

The Kamppi Center is designed by the very best architects in Finland. Architect agency Juhani Pallasmaa created the market square, the department store and the adjoining Lasipalatsi Plaza. The Kamppi market square and Lasipalatsi Plaza.

Aki Davidsson architects designed architecture of terminals.
