The smart, elegant, simple and stylish designed notebookup is a stand which will heighten your lap top to an ideal ergonomic position.

The designer Morten Kokkendoff developed the Notebookup in the light of that lap top computers nowadays more often replaces the stationary computer in both home and office.

Notebookup suits all laptop computers from 12 to 17 inch screen size.
Notebookup are made in acrylic.

A passage to connect wires from external keyboard, mouse, etc. is discreetly placed to save space on your desk.

The foot of the stand provides generous room for an external keyboard to be stowed away, in order to keep your desk space free when not working with your computer.

Notebookup is designed to be stable on the desk, and to provide a steady base for your laptop.
It can easily be moved from desk to conference room or where you prefer to work.

Notebookup provides a stylish solution to accommodate ergonomic requirements in arranging your workplace.

Ergonomics

Raise your screen to eye level!
notebookup compensates for a weak spot in laptops, and provides a stylish, elegant and ergonomic workspace.
The weak spot of laptops is the low height of the screen, which generates strains in back and neck.

To prevent strains, Physiotherapists recommend that your laptop be placed in a way, which puts the upper edge of the screen at level with your eyes.

Laptops often replace stationary workstations.
We recommend combining notebookup with an external keyboard and mouse, in order to accommodate the requirements of health and safety regulations, applied to work at computer screens.

notebookup solves these issues in a simple, stylish and functional way.

A sight not often seen. This is the facade of an old building which has been kept whilst the rest of the building has been demolished. With property prices going the way they are maybe soon this is all anyone will be able to afford! In any case, I liked that someone was making the effort to keep and maintain the original facade to the building - Face Off for architects.

I came across a great post via red house (a great Scandinavian design resource) on Ulf Jansson, a graduate of the Industrial Design program at Lunds University in Sweden. Ulf Jansson designed the “simplest chair.” “This pine wood chair, made from one single plank, originates from an antique Andalusian birth chair. The construction is very light, less than 4.4 lbs (2 kg) and with its architectural and modest expression, it is ideally suited for café environments. The chair is still in prototype stage looking for a producer and best of all, despite its uncomfortable looks, it is extremely comfortable!” As put forth on red house, you can email Ulf at Ulf.Jansson@condesign.se
