There is always room for good online magazine for designers. Especially if this magazine is updating regularly, has a clear interface and good network of partner sites. Then the success is guaranteed. is a blog/ezine/directory of design deli’s from over the world. Althought being publishing in Russian, its visual emphasis making Designcollector valuable for every design lover.

There is an interesting blog I stumbled upon recently: The Helsinki Blog This blog provides various info about Helsinki, and I did found the Art and design section as very informative. It’s definitely worth to add this site to bookmarks and blogrolls.

The mission of NO!SPEC is to educate both clients and Visual Communication designers (also known as ‘graphic’ designers) about the nature of speculative, or “spec” work.

Launched lately trucdesign.com is one of the best new design blogs to come online in the last decade. Gilles Roudot is French and he write in English, that is very valuable to all English-reading lovers of European design. I suggest you to adding this blog to your RSS feed reading list. Gilles write about modern products and industrial design, most of which you haven’t seen on other blogs before. Little bit like we trying to do about Nordic Design here.

There is a great blog about Architecture, Design in Finland that exists from 2005, I need to note that I found it only now.

Lewis Martin write informative articles on various themes - from some interesting facts about famous designers such Alvar Aalto to fresh novelties of Architecture and Design in Nordic Countries. He has an account on flickr as well, where he posting great photographs. I strongly recommend this site for reading on regular base.
