Recently, code evidently became artistic material and programming artistic
practice. The coding artist literally hacks his/her artwork, forms it with
skilled hands, touching and communicating with and through it.
Physical electronic interfaces enable the artist to tighten the relation
between the artwork and the audience.
Tangible code is a workshop for artists and practitioners who are interested
in the concepts of programming and physical computing.
The employed tools are the multi platform and open source programming and

The proposed design of the machines calls for a 500MHz processor, 1GB of memory and an innovative dual-mode display that can be used in full-color mode, or in a black-and-white sunlight-readable mode.

What is NoMA?
NoMA is the multimedia academy in Kolding Denmark.
We offer the multimedia designer education, a 2 year comprehensive course in multimedia, covering design, communication, web-programming and business. NoMA is an international school with students from 6 different countries. You can study in English or Danish.
There is no tuition fee, if you are a citizen of one of the EU or EFTA countries.
We have a close relation ship to companies in the multimedia area, and a large part of the education is about solving tasks for companies.
We call it “Hard Fun - Real Life”.
